Shirelee has joined SANDAS with over fifteen years experience in the hospitality sector in Front Line Business Management. She has received a number of awards in recognition of the Quality Management and Operating Systems in OH&S, chain management and supply she designed and introduced in Compass Group; an international organisation.
She has held various Managerial positions, more recently as Manager of Business, overseeing client needs; assisting them to develop and implement operating systems to comply with legislation and Quality Assurance standards.

Quality Improvement Project information.

Andris Banders has worked in both Government and Non-Government services, particularly in housing. More recently he has worked at SACOSS and as Senior Policy Officer at the Mental Health Coalition of SA. Andris will have responsibility for building links with other sectors and for resource and information dissemination.

Andrew Biven has worked in the AOD field for many years, in Government (at the Woolshed), Indigenous services (at Aboriginal Drug & Alcohol Council [ADAC]) and helping to establish SANDAS. Andrew will take the lead on working with the target NGOs and training issues.
